Erik Cole Isn't A Right Shot, Then Again His Head Also Isn't As Wide As His Body
Pictured above is the bobble head doll that the first up to 10,000 fans to at the Dec. 23 Carolina-Montreal game will receive when they enter the RBC Center. It features Erik Cole, apparently celebrating a goal that he shot in with a righty stick. That's impressive, considering the fact that the Oswego, NY native is a lefty shot.

I'm a sports reporter who most recently covered Syracuse University football for Clear Channel Syracuse (620 WHEN & 570 WSYR).
I attended SUNY Oswego where I majored in Broadcasting-
Mass Communications. I was also the Voice of the Lakers (VOTL) from 2007-2009 on 88.9 FM WNYO Oswego. It was during this time that I created this blog, then known as the WNYO Sports Blog. Upon leaving Oswego, I took the blog with me. I am a supporter of SU & Oswego State Athletics, as well as the New York Yankees, NY Giants, and NY Rangers. The VOTL.com is also simulcast on Bleacher Report.
