Fans of walk-off finishes in baseball may want to check out the Twins-Yankees game tonight at 7 p.m. (ESPN, YES). The Bronx Bombers have taken the first three games of the four-game stand, but could just as easily be on the verge of getting swept at the new ballpark tonight. Melky Cabrera, Alex Rodriguez, and Johnny Damon have all collected walk-off hits in what can only be considered "The Greatest Series in (New) Yankee Stadium History."
And if that wasn't enough excitement, the series has also seen an inside-the-park home run from New York's Brett Gardner.

Great Series Wrapping Up Today
I'm a sports reporter who most recently covered Syracuse University football for Clear Channel Syracuse (620 WHEN & 570 WSYR).
I attended SUNY Oswego where I majored in Broadcasting-
Mass Communications. I was also the Voice of the Lakers (VOTL) from 2007-2009 on 88.9 FM WNYO Oswego. It was during this time that I created this blog, then known as the WNYO Sports Blog. Upon leaving Oswego, I took the blog with me. I am a supporter of SU & Oswego State Athletics, as well as the New York Yankees, NY Giants, and NY Rangers. The VOTL.com is also simulcast on Bleacher Report.
