Sophomore Doug Hogue went ten yards for his first score of the season to give the 'Cuse a 7-0 lead with 7:14 remining in the first quarter. The Orange drive nearly stalled when Curtis Brinkley fumbled the ball at the Northeastern 20 (pictured), but Syracuse recovered.
I'm a sports reporter who most recently covered Syracuse University football for Clear Channel Syracuse (620 WHEN & 570 WSYR).
I attended SUNY Oswego where I majored in Broadcasting-
Mass Communications. I was also the Voice of the Lakers (VOTL) from 2007-2009 on 88.9 FM WNYO Oswego. It was during this time that I created this blog, then known as the WNYO Sports Blog.
