We're at the dome covering SU football again. It's not quite as unbearable as one (or many) may have predicted. Frosh wideout Van Chew (pictured playing high school football in New Hampshire) has just made a terrific catch over a Pitt defender in the end zone to give the 'Cuse a 24-13 with 12:30 left in the third quarter.
I'm a sports reporter who most recently covered Syracuse University football for Clear Channel Syracuse (620 WHEN & 570 WSYR).
I attended SUNY Oswego where I majored in Broadcasting-
Mass Communications. I was also the Voice of the Lakers (VOTL) from 2007-2009 on 88.9 FM WNYO Oswego. It was during this time that I created this blog, then known as the WNYO Sports Blog. Upon leaving Oswego, I took the blog with me. I am a supporter of SU & Oswego State Athletics, as well as the New York Yankees, NY Giants, and NY Rangers. The VOTL.com is also simulcast on Bleacher Report.
