Hamilton Hires D-1 Assistant

Hamiton College has finally found a replacement for retired men's hockey coach Phil Grady. The school named Norm Bazin (pictured in suit) the new skipper Saturday.

Bazin had spent the past eight seasons as an assistant coach at division I Colorado College. He was also the recruiting coordinator for the Tigers and was instrumental in bringing future first-round NHL draft pick Mark Stuart to CC.

Bazin is just the fourth head coach in Hamilton hockey history. He will lead the Continentals into the Campus Center Ice Arena on Jan. 6 when Hamilton visits the Oswego Lakers.
