Wes Johnson named first-team All-American

The Associated Press named Syracuse men's basketball star Wes Johnson to their 2010 All-America first team today. Johnson is the first Orange player since Hakim Warrick in 2005 to receive such an honor.  He had already been named to the US Basketball Writers Association first team and was named second team by Sporting News.

Joining Johnson on the AP team are Kentucky freshmen John Wall and DeMarcus Cousins, as well as Ohio State junior Evan Turner and Villanova's Scottie Reynolds, who was the only senior to make the list.
