Former Oswego State goaltender Tim Potter will make his ECHL debut Wednesday night when his Bakersfield Condors host the Ontario Reign. The 2010 Pathfinder Bank Oswego Hockey Classic MVP joined the Condors on Monday after Justin Pogge was recalled by Anaheim of the NHL. Potter has speculated that he may only be with the team until Anaheim net minder Jean-Sébastien Giguère returns from injury. Giguère is currently listed as day-to-day with a groin injury.
Though his future is uncertain, Potter will definitely be a professional hockey player tonight. Faceoff is scheduled for 10 PM ET. The game can be heard on the internet via the ESPN Bakersfield web cast.
