Men's Hockey Stays Put in New USCHO Poll

USCHO.com released their weekly division III men's hockey poll today with Oswego State remaining the third-ranked team in the nation. The Lakers (5-1-1) lost 28 voter points from a week ago after a 5-5 tie with winless Morrisville (0-7-1) on Friday, but that wasn't enough to drop them in the poll.

Neither St. Norbert nor Plattsburgh saw any change in their number of first place votes, voter points, or rankings. The defending national champion Green Knights (7-0-0) remain at the top spot after a pair of NCHA victories over #6 Stevens Point (6-1-0), now ranked seventh, and #12 Eau Claire (6-1-0), now ranked ninth. Defending SUNYAC champion Plattsburgh (6-0-0) is still the bride's maid after a pair of conference road wins in Brockport (3-2-1) and Geneseo (6-3-0).
