Hank Van Boxmeer - Defensemen for the Salmon Arm River Backs. At 6-1, 195 he will be one of the bigger bodies on the Lakers for the 2008-09 season. He also appears to be rocking a sweet retro 'stache.GP: 41 G:1 A: 12 Pts: 13 PIM: 76
I'm a sports reporter who most recently covered Syracuse University football for Clear Channel Syracuse (620 WHEN & 570 WSYR).
I attended SUNY Oswego where I majored in Broadcasting-
Mass Communications. I was also the Voice of the Lakers (VOTL) from 2007-2009 on 88.9 FM WNYO Oswego. It was during this time that I created this blog, then known as the WNYO Sports Blog. Upon leaving Oswego, I took the blog with me. I am a supporter of SU & Oswego State Athletics, as well as the New York Yankees, NY Giants, and NY Rangers. The VOTL.com is also simulcast on Bleacher Report.
