At first glance I too thought this was a video clip of Christian Laettner toward the end of his less than impressive NBA career, but I guess he didn't go to town at Dunkin' Donuts like Shawn Kemp. Aminu Timberlake, the Kentucky freshman Laettner stomped on in the 1992 East Regional Final, should be happy Laettner didn't carry a load like that. (Yes, that was the same game as this video depicts when Laettner shot 10 for 10 from the field, including the famous game winner, to send the Dukies to the Final Four and their second National Championship. A Shameless mention of "The Shot" by a Duke fan here.)
However, upon further viewing this video was determined to actually be a classic Chris Farley ESPN college basketball commercial from the early 1990s. Apparently the ESPN marketing department resisted the temptation to include Dick Vitale in a commercial with Farley. I'm sure some interns would have been killed in the filming of that commercial. Farley is still greatly missed though, as funny fat guys have been hard to come by (excluding funny sausage) since his untimely death in 1997.
